Join local pastry chef Maddy O’Donnell to learn how to create a fantastically floral cake!

Enjoy a glass of wine (or N/A bevy) while you decorate your own 2-layered vanilla buttercream-frosted vanilla cake with toppings like fresh flowers and dehydrated fruit (jam filling options: roasted strawberry, blackberry, raspberry).

All materials will be provided, so you just need to show up and have fun!

Maddy’s Bakeshop is a microbakery specializing in laminated pastries and whimsical, floral cakes with local and seasonal ingredients based in Seattle, Washington. Maddy O’Donnell started taking baking seriously in 2019, when she began baking to relax while working at a music PR firm in NYC. After ending a short stint in pastry school during the COVID pandemic, she decided to teach herself how to make all of the baked goods that interested her.

When she’s not baking, Maddy is probably drinking a glass of wine, watching Bravo & knitting with her two cats, Noodle and Gus, and partner, Andrew.
